AW255 Vs AW202 on Grid rendering data

Hi,
We have recently upgraded from AW202 to AW255. In the AW Grid (AW.Grid.Extended), we found one issue of grid rendering the data. The grid has around 20 columns and we used to hide empty columns (which does not have any data in any of the rows). The reason is to avoid scrolling further right to see the other data.
In AW202 this was working fine. As soon as the xml data is rendered on the Grid, all the data used to show up in the grid (after the hidden empty columns).
But in AW255 once the xml data is rendered on the grid, the gird does not show the data, unless we just move the horizontal scroll bar little bit. Especially the data to the right of the hidden columns.

Does anyone observed this issue, if so, can you please let me know if there is any workaround in AW255?

Just to add the hidden columns are mostly continuous 8 columns.
