grid row focus not moving up&down with keys along grid rows in multi-row-marker checkbox selection

Grid with multi-row-marker checkbox selection,
-->focus not moving up&down along grid rows instead scroll bar is scrolling down when we use up and down arrow keys.This is in IE7.0 where as it works well in mozilla Firebox. but in mozilla only first column data is visible.

Please advice on this.
