Grid rows not displayed

We're using ActiveWidgets 2.6. From time to time (about every 100th time), the grid is displayed with zero rows (only the header is visible), although the row data is present. Calling refresh() on the grid doesn't help. Do you have any idea what could cause this problem?

I would look at the data, depending on the type (csv or xml) for a bad delimiting character ("',/ CRLF etc...)
