Loading a grid with pre selected row "Scrolled to"

Is it possible to have the loaded grid scroll to a pre-selected position in a long list. (and highlighted too)

Maybe I asked this in correctly... Let me try again..
PLEASE anyone if this is in the DOC's and Im just missing it.... "TELL ME"

In some cases i have long scrolling grid. I would like to be able to have a particular Row, both highlighed (can do that) and SCROLLED TO when I load the page?

Row is known, I just don't know how to get it to "pre scroll to that position"
