How can I read cells value and save it in a database?

You are working backwards. The cell values come from an array that usually comes from a database on the server side. Are you implementing one of the Input Edit Templates posted here to allow editing of the cell values? If so, then the template should update the array that the data is stored in. Then all you need to do is read from your array to get the current information.
