Could any one tell me with logic , How the vertical and Horizontal scrolling is achieved in a html <Table> ?

If you put <body></body> in table, and text in <body> will be greater than <table> size you will see scrolling bars. This will be <body> scrolling, but in page looks like <table>

Actually ActiveWidgets grid is not using <table> tag - everything is done with <div> and CSS.
