Always display vertical scrollbar

Hi,


I have a number of rows which can be added to by the user. As soon as the rows exceed the components height, the vertical scrollbar appears and obscures the last column.

I would like to always display a vertical scrollbar so that my column widths are accurate. Is this possible?
