Sudhakers select template: "too much recursion" in FireFox 1.0

Hello Everybody,

I tried Shudakers select template from

http://thej2ee.com/ndemo/test/select_template.html

which works perfectly under IE.

With FireFox 1.0 clicking on the select control row results in a "too much recursion" error (in javascript console). Activating the venkman js debugger shows (I think so) that somehow the two states editmode and textmode trigger each other with the onchange and onfocus event.

Has anyone a solution to this problem?
