Resize Grid on window resize

Hi All,

How can I resize the grid on resizing the Window?.
Currently I have specified the grid width and height in pixels instead of %.The same is done for each and every column. I want something like on resizing the window the grid should shrink/expand accordingly.

Please give your suggestion. Any sort of example provided will be appreciated
