Disable Sorting for a specific column

Hi

I really like the feature of this ActiveWidjets tool.

1) But I didn't find a way to disable sorting option for perticular column (let say first). How to disable sorting for perticular column.

2) I want to update the value of the row headers from numbers to some other values, how can I update the row header values.

I appriciate any kind of solution for my questions.
