Howto make ID column resizable?

By default we cannot resize the ID column in the browser and once the ID increase to > 4 digit it will be truncated.

Any way to make it resizable?

obj.setRowHeaderWidth(40) sets the fixed width of the index col.

as a workaround i would sugest to define the width depending on the length of the data array.

Just a sugestion. this is the first thing that comes in my mind when I read this.
