How to put a particular value in particular rows & columns in grid.

I will plan to study for ACTIVEWIDGETS - grid controls.
so i need some clarification from yr end.

1. How to put a particular value in particular rows & columns in grid.

2.How is adding the rows in runtime (ie., dynamically)
