Drop down in a dynamic table when scrolled down goes above the header

Drop down in a dynamic table when scrolled down goes above the header.I need to stop the Movement of the drop down above the header as other elements in the table are not going above the Drop Down

I want a listbox with multiple columns .
Can anyone plzz help???
