Send selected Information

Hello,

It's great grid box for view, but If I would need also select and send id's or names of selected rows, is it possible ?
My idea is, i will select 5 rows, click on button Add and it takes id of all 5 rows and give it to another database for example or delete it.. whatever, i'm just curious if is possible some action with selected rows or is it only read/view grid ?
