Color changes to scroll/slider bar and backgroung

Is there a way to change the slider/background color on the scroller bars? It's the only thing I cant find docs on.

is there a way to change the scrollbar colors for firefox? in IE it works but in firefox there are some problems.

You can use flash and make a text-box that scrolls. Then you can build your own scoll-buttons.

A little bit of work.. but you can use it for ever. :)
