Resize column width event

Hi,

I have four tables that will display on the same page. I want to have an event that if one of the column has been changed, the other tables will have column width changes according to the one that has offset width. Do anyone knows how to do it?

I did try once (several minutes) with John's sample , but could not make it "run" (maybe couldn't see an obious thing), so if you have more luck, please post.
